Jescel

for a while I thought this was some sort of sashimi (raw fish with vinegar and coconut milk) which is very popular in the Philipines where i come from.. the ingredients are almost alike, except that this one was cooked.. hmnn..

Erica

This dish is similar to a(fish stew) in Colombia....sounds delicious!

Jescel - Isn't that funny? I guess that there would be some similar influences at work, but still... maybe it's just because there are a lot of discerning palates in the Philipines and in South America??? :)

Erica - Thanks! What would be used in Colombia? I don't know a lot about South American food, and what I do know is pretty much limited to Peru.
