You used mahleb - big sigh! I've got a small packet of it, but there are so few recipes I've found to use it w/ outside of ma'amoul and Easter bread. Thanks for the flagging this recipe down.

Spinach and feta pies sound so good! I'm curious about the addition of pomegranate, will have to try it that way in the winter.
