How did it taste?

Sylvia - Not bad at all. It was actually pretty refreshing on a hot day and cleansed the palate nicely after some heavier meat dishes. It might have been a little better with some mint sprinkled over the top, but not only did Anthimus not ask for that but my husband is hideously allergic to mint. If you're not hobbled by these two concerns, go ahead and add the mint for a little better flavor.
