This sounds so delicious! I never knew there were so many different types of olives. I guess I should look for the exact ones, since I am sure they may alter the taste of the dish. Thanks so much for this yummy sounding recipe.

Brielle - While using different olives will certainly alter the dish, that's fine. As long as you aren't using the black olives from a can that we had when I was a kid, any olives will do. (I'm not hating on those olives - they're fine for some things, just not this type of dish.) It's fun to come up with different variations!
